Cedrick is a professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

I brought my car in on a Wednesday to get an estimate. He looked at my car and said that he recommended I bring it back on a Monday or Tuesday so that my rental car was covered for the full time the car was in repair. He said a lot of times they will say they cover the rental for 4 days BUT since sterling does not work on weekends I could get charged for two days of the rental. It all made sense to me and was thankful for his expertise. So I agreed to come back the following Monday. He said he would get the estimate into Mercury and get a rental set up. When I came back the following Tuesday - I dropped off my car and headed to enterprise. They had nothing on me! He had not called to set up the rental. So I called Mercury. Turns out he had never even called Mercury with the estimate or to tell them the plan. So I then had to sit at enterprise for TWO HOURS. While confused Mercury figures out what was going on. I was Late to work. When I called Danny (I believe that is his name) to see if he had any info on the rental HE BLAMED ME. He said it was not his job to get the rental....which is fine.... BUT HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE IT LINED UP FOR ME. If your not in charge of that don’t say that. He denied ever saying that. Never took the blame. Then I get my car back... outside looks great....but the next morning when I opened the back door both lights that are on the inside fell out. I don’t know what they did but they kicked them loose out of their hole. Now I will have to get those fixed... NOT taking it back to sterling even though you should be the ones fixing it. I hope I never have to go back there!

In a nutshell poor communication. Will not use again. Repairs are good and appear to have been done well. But customer service is severely lacking.
