The experience was easy and great from when I dropped my car until I picked my car up! The team kept me updated on repair updates without me asking! They even communicated with Enterprise to pick me up when I dropped my car off and to pick up the rental when my car was complete!

The work was very thorough, and the customer service was excellent. There was a roll of plastic left in the bed of the truck, and a small grease stain on the front seat, but definitely happy overall.
