Upon pickup we noticed a protruding screw in the wheel well, the repaired area. We pointed it out and the vehicle was returned to the shop to fasten it properly. At that time, the job was completed to our satisfaction. However, it does make us wonder about the quality control/inspection process. Attention to detail. Gives us pause to wonder what else could be overlooked or rushed.
