Tom was very honest about why my car wasn’t done when originally stated, and I appreciated all his help in getting my car finished as soon as possible. I am completely satisfied with my experience at Lamettrys.

Not at all. The job was the worst that I have seen. In fact I did not even bring the car and left it there so you all could actually work on it. The paint was donbe poorly, the door wouldn’t close. Just bad. Start managing your Quality control. Seems like there is no QA. You have already lost me as a customer try not to loose more but with this kind of practice; you will loose more.
