I am completely satisfied with the repair work that was done but frustrated with a later complete date then what was initially promised to me. I scheduled my visit in a timeframe that worked for me, and ended up having to pay for a rental due to the lateness of the vehicle. I also didn’t find out about the lateness until the day before I was expecting my car back. It is clear an effort was made to finish the car one day late instead of several days late but the added stress, extra trip to pick up a rental car and charging me for the rental left me frustrated. I would not have scheduled a repair to begin with had it been made clear to me there was risk of it not being finished in the window promised.

I was almost entirely satisfied with your service with the exception of two things. First, it took a lot longer than expected and the finish time kept getting pushed back, which made it hard to plan my work hours. When I did get the car back I was told that a sensor still needed replacing, so now I’ll have to come back for a couple hours to have that done. The work looks great and I appreciate that you also cleaned the car inside and out.
