I didn’t notice until several hours later that there is some adhesive or other hard substance still on my vehicle near the repair area. I can not remove it and will need to follow up with the shop.
This is the only thing keeping me from being COMPLETELY satisfied. Other than this issue, the staff were great and the repair appears to be solid.

They completely missed the scraped rim on the drivers where their car hit mine. It was approved to be repaired when Honda auto body had progressive look at it and you had that report. Now after you take it back in to do what you should have done the first time I will have to go without a car again so I fully expect you to offer me a car to use while you finish the job since it was your mistake.

LaMattrey's staff were really friendly and easy to work with, I worked with Sean and he was very down to Earth and straight-forward with anything that you needed to know about the process, which is great. Upfront, honest, and just there to do the best job that they can. I've heard many bad things about many of the LaMattrey's locations other than Eden Prairie, and so I was somewhat worried, but my experience at the Eden Prairie location was that they really care for the work that they do!
