Driving home Thursday night the windows were fogged and the defroster was not clearing. I had to use my handkerchief to my wipe the windshield. Tonight it is raining and the windows stayed fogged for the 40 minute drive and never cleared. Never had issues before, tomorrow I will try cleaning with windex, there is an oily film on the glass.

The people in the collision department were very informative and they kept me up to date each step of the way via phone calls, voice mail and texts. I was very pleased today when the finished "clean up" on my vehicle did not pass inspection by the wonderful people at Giambalvo. So...my car is going back in on Monday for them to fine tune the interior of my vehicle---they have provided terrific service these past 2 weeks. When my car returns to them on Monday they are even providing me with a car so that I may do my errands etc around town. Thank you all for everything!!!

My door was damaged in the repair process and instead of fixing it, they didn't mention it hoping that I wouldn't notice. Once brought to their attention they said they would order the part, but now I have to come in again. So something that should have been right the first time, I have to take time out of my schedule to get it corrected.
