Rear bumper fascia was not evenly all
aligned on one side. My wife had too pick the vehicle up after most of the technicians had left for the evening , she said she needed it for work that night. I myself did not look at the vehicle, but she told me one side was even with the quarter panel but the other side was slightly off alignment. I'm sure she'll get back too you as to why both sides are not aligned evenly.

Repair was estimated to take a week and arrangements were made to be left for several days as we would be out of town. Repair started late, and completion was pushed back one full week. As result, only one repair (second claim which could have been resolved timely with first) was completed. Second repair is being pushed another month due to demand on facility. Second part of first claim-vinyl graphics- cannot be completed by Giambalvo, and will have to be rescheduled at owner expense. All in all, poor estimation of time to complete, poor communication and reliance on text update feature and ultimately, poor customer experience with little faith in service. Used Giambalvo as they were the "preferred" shop for insurance company. Have made call to company letting them know services provided and those that were not. Shop closing at 6pm after call to update completion at 5pm is annoying. Not being open again until Minday working hours is atrocious.
