The repairs look wonderful. Actual interaction with your service reps was excellent. However, the email update system is more frustrating than helpful. Bill Wise did warn me that the finish date would change a lot, but I didn't expect it to so daily for 2-3 weeks. I needed to give my boss advance notice that I would be leaving early on the date of pickup and this made it hard to do. You really should have a more realistic system. The amount of time it took to have the truck repaired properly was not an issue. Lori B

The quality of the repair work was terrible. The first time I came in to pick up my car the window was not sealed. The repair manager took it through the car wash and it rained inside my vehicle. After multiple visits where my car was “ready to be picked up” I ended up getting the insurance adjuster involved. Finally the repair manager agreed to have a glass company come install the seal and window since the body shop didn’t have the skill or experience to do a quality repair. A repair involving paint on one panel and a quarter panel glass replacement took over a month to complete.
