The accident and resulting damage to our car was not a pleasant experience. Working with the Insurance Company, Law enforcement, etc. adds to that stress.
However, when it came to the service we received from Jack Giambalvo where we had our car repaired, given all of the other circumstances, our experience there was refreshing, and all things considered brought a pleasant ending to the whole matter.
In particular, Bill Wise really came through for us and provided outstanding customer service and we are in his debt for offering us reassurance that everything that could be done was being done, and that our car would be restored and ready to go in a timely manner.
