After the repair my wife asked the mechanics if she can get any help to leave the car for a few hours, the answer was no. The person did not have any customer service ability. She had to walk back through a busy and broken glass strewn road from a parking lot down the road because no one offered to help her leave the car anywhere or assist with a location near by.

Panel plug for toe eye missed, spare tire compartment not clean up of over spray and sanding debris, lower rocker panel cover still marked in yellow grease pencil "VW/RT" and otherwise not cleaned up, tape goo left on roof from masking, & mastic goop left on steering wheel. I have cleaned everything up and Bobby will have the missing panel back to me on Monday or Tuesday.

There were a few items outside of the claim work that I asked to be addressed at my expense and only one of the items was taken care of and that was the hood I asked that some scratches be buffed out if possible as well as the driver door jam be touched up and sadly that did not happen.
