My repairs were supposed to be complete a few days ago, and alerts were sent out saying as much. Luckily I did not have to have a rental car, so I wasn't inconvenienced too terribly. However it would have been nice to have to know about the delay. I believe it was due to illness, which is TOTALLY acceptable. I will say that I'm happy with the service and am thankful it was done. I will consider Cascades again if I require repairs in the future.

The initial appraisal was not adequate . Your brief look did not uncover the hidden damage. As a result, the one day repair turned into four. I am happy that you did fix all of the damage and did negotiate with the insurance co when more damage was found.
Just little more time with the Initial appraisal would have prevented the problem.
