I just wanted to say how happy I am with the service I received from Jim Marsh Body Shop. My car was in the shop for about a week, and the whole experience was easy and stress-free from beginning to end.
A big thank you to Sarah for being so friendly, helpful, and professional. She kept me in the loop the entire time and called me three different times with updates on my car, which I really appreciated.
To top it off, my car was finished a whole week earlier than expected. It’s not every day you find a business that communicates so well and truly cares about its customers.
Thanks again to Sarah and the entire team for making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I’m really happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Jim Marsh Body Shop to anyone that needs repairs.

Process took way longer than I expected. Due to shipping timeframe for the parts that are usually very quick to obtain for being a domestic vehicle. But labor was spot on , attention to detail . My vehicle looks better than new.

My vehicle was not delivered on time. Then I had to wait an additional week due to a “wrong door order.” When I finally received it, several items were still incomplete, and I had to bring it back again to get the work finished.
This was a complete waste of time and highly unprofessional. I will not be returning.
