Everything was good with customer service but the repair was not perfect and the bumper should have been replaced cause you can feel and see creases in the repair!

The speed that you were able to get the parts in and do the repairs was awesome. I was also kept in the loop on the pace repairs. The only negative is the windshield fluid was not replaced while the vehicle was there.

it started poorly with no one giving a darn about convince to the customer... I had to take off work to get the car to you then no one was ready to receive it... as I was promised, before I missed work. It took an hour and a half to drop the car off and get a rental. Rediculous. Double that when I was forced to miss even more work to pick the car up under threat of having to pay for the rent car. it's apparent that you are there only for the insurence company's almighty dollar. Screw the customers rights. Oh and... the paint doesn't even match its at least two shades off... you screwed up white... WOW, total failure
