I've said it before and I will say it again ... Araceli is a GEM!! She is extremely communicative, pleasant and responsive. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience.
If there is one negative ... it would have to be with the QA process. I understand that nothing is perfect but the name QA implies that a checklist was followed before my car was returned to me. Unfortunately, my windshield wipers were not operational on the day I picked up my car. Araceli got a tech to fix, what turned out to be loose screws, but I didn't appreciate his response that "no one had touched" and therefore didn't know why they would be loose. Also, a day or so later, I learned that the fender emblems were stowed in my compartment and not placed back on the vehicle. Lastly, my AC was not working properly (it had not been charged??) when I picked it up but I didn't learn of it until days later when I tried to use it. All were minor inconveniences and were handled as soon as I spoke with Araceli, but again, I believe they should have been caught in the QA process.

When I got the car back, I noticed an odd warning tone when I opened the driver's door without the key. Ariceli Keene offered to have a tech look at it. My wife brought it back, and Ariceli said that it was normal. All Hyundais did that. She didn't have a tech look at it and rudely said we should complain to Hyundai. I have had the car 5 years and it never made the sound. I went over the entire car myself and found that your staff had opened the sunroof and didn't close it completely even though it looked closed. I did not appreciate the rudeness and false statement.

In the back inside where the jack, etc, the overs on each side were not snapped in place.. I haven't been outside to do it. Getting over on Jan. 4 the stay at home for 14 days--Mr Chamberlin tested positive for covid. Your work was great.
