****. They figured out a way to remove an 11-year old plastic bra that two other companies thought would require replacing my hood and repainting the car. Plus they removed other areas and touched up all my little paint dings, and buffed out some oxidation on my spoiler, that others said required removal and repainting.
2. They had my seat sent out for repair and returned so I could pick up my car in the allotted time.

From the moment I stepped from the tow truck into Uptown Body & Fender- I was treated with respect and concern for myself and my car. I was given regular updates on the progress of the repairs & any necessary delays-due mostly to parts obtainability. When completed my car looked almost new-it was cleaned inside & out (better than before) and the entire exterior, including the non-repaired surface, looked sparkly clean.
