I wasn't satisfied because the process seemed to take too long, needed better communication and coordination, and ultimately my car is fixed but it isn't back to the original condition. And it certainly didn't feel like there were any options due to the lack of communication. I was really hoping for an awesome experience, but that is not what I received.

When I got my car back, the dirty paper mat was still in the car, and there was some dried, gummy black stuff all over my inside driver's side door lock. Kinda gross. Also, the little touch-up paint that you guys left me (which I think is great), was on its side in the little back and leaking! Some paint splashed out into my jacket when I looked in the bag! Bummer!!! Don't think it's going to wash out. Whoever put it there should have checked to be sure it was closed tightly.
