I understood it taking 10 weeks to fix my car due to the world wide shipping crisis and the hold-up of parts. But giving my car back to me with three or four things not working right did feel careless and it was frustrating after waiting so long for the car to have to take it back in again. On the plus side,

I was very happy with my experience at Uptown. Though I will say I was alarmed by the overall cost and the fact that it doubled from the original estimate. Since this was covered by insurance, it didn't hurt me directly, but if I were paying out of pocket my feelings would be very different.
