I took today (Saturday December 7) off to pick up my Toyota Sienna, but when I started the van and was ready to drive away, the “open door” sign was still on. Upon further inspection, the tailgate itself wasn’t sealing (was latching, just not making the right seal/connection). I loved the efficiency of the work, but was let down at pickup when it wasn’t as ready as it could have been with the added inspection step. I was excited to deliver the car today to some family, taking the day off to do so, but ended up with an open day of just missing work.

We Have always had excellent service from Murray’s and this occasion was exactly and I would expect- superior in every way!! I am a long time customer. You got me through teenage drivers fender benders, my 1995 dodge many years ago that was stolen and drop down a ravine, our gmc hit and run and this time of a unsecured load resulting in a random wheel and tire appearing out of nowhere and lodging underneath our truck. Everyone in your staff deserves high praise and perhaps a large Christmas bonus :) I come from a long line of mechanics and auto body processionals - I know talent and exceptional service when I see it. Very well done!!!
