This place is the best, I had my first accident which was a hit and run and the guy fled so coming into this whole new thing for me was stressful and frustrating but everyone at Murray’s car star made everything super smooth easy and most of all made me a happy customer. From the moment I pulled my car into the lot, I knew I was in good hands. The parking lot was very clean and accommodating.
I made my way inside and was greeted by two very personable, experienced and bubbly customer service representatives. They guided me through the process of checking in and introduced me to my rental car rep.
Thankfully, my wait wasn’t long, but they do have a very relaxing waiting room that offers free coffee, bathrooms, and TV.
Once in my rental car and out the door, the communication via text message was up to date and helpful. This helping me know when I needed to plan to swing in and pick up my car and drop off my rental. They provide 24 hours which i found to be ample.
When I arrived to pick up my car, the same customer service representatives were at the desk to help me check out and handle anything necessary. They make the process easy and straightforward.
Having to be there due to someone else hitting myself car, they made it seems was and didn’t add to the stress of the inconvenience. It was a very pleasant experience.
Fingers crossed I don't have to be a repeat customer, but i would definitely choose Murray’s CARSTAR again 10/10.
