The repair was great! My car seems fine. But a month is a long time to have no car, and the estimate was extended twice. I also called to ask if the team could replace the air filters while it was in there, I was told I'd have to make a whole separate service appointment. That seems silly.

My car actually looks wonderful. My only complaint is that nobody took the time to pay attention to the fact that my work was covered by insurance, and I had already been paid by the insurance company of the person who collided into me, and therefore there was no concern about Germain getting paid for the work. When it was complete, I would simply pay them and if it was more expensive, they would collect that from the insurance agency. In the end, the total came in slightly less. I think my car sat there two more weeks than it needed to because They didn’t look through the details enough to realize that everything was covered .

This company took to long to work on my vehicle. Always an excuse, people sick, covid, short staffed, vacation.... I understand, but kept my car knowing they would not be able to work on it, which made me loose 2 weeks of car rental thorough my insurance company. Then never followed up when I could bring my car in again. Had to reach out myself. Took so long to repair, my car gave up and died while waiting... had a transmission failure and now can not be fixed at all. Will never ever refer this company for body work.
