Terrible communication. It took 4+ weeks for me to get my truck back for very minor damage. There was always an excuse. Once I became upset, the **** seemed to start rolling. Extremely poor customer service. I would recommmend not doing business with this company, just out to make a buck. Very apparent customer satisfaction is secondary.

Meredith was pleasant, professional and helpful. All of the workers I cam in contact with also exhibited the same qualities. One of the repairman (I don't recall his name, but I gave him a book) took the time to answer all of my questions regarding the damage and repair, which was very much appreciated. He also allowed me to retrieve medication from my car when I showed up at the facility during the repair process.
