Communication from initial estimate to actually picking up my car was poor. The actual work done, although minimal in nature was good, but not returning my call to schedule the repair (does Baron really want the business,) to not actually entering the appt in when I finally am able to schedule (fortunately Baron did keep the appt.) Then the day of not communicating with Car Rental in the manner to which was stated. Can't say I'd go back.

The only thing I was a little surprised by was that, as a fellow GP1 employee, I received no discount, even if it wasn't my insurance company, and there was no deductible involved. Being with GP1 for over 6 years, I was really looking forward to the usual employee discount.
