It was not a big repair but it involved painting. I was told by the adjuster it was two days work and I made plans accordingly. No one sent updates or explained that painting parts always took three days. Then I was scheduled for a Thursday drop off. That meant my car was sitting in your shop over the weekend. I was disappointed with the situation.

There were a few missed dents that will be repaired when I drop the car off. There is a possible dent that will not be able to be repaired unless the paint is cut and the panel is completely painted again.
