There was a major lack of communication between baron and State Farm about my claim, I was told several times that the claim wasn't in you're system even though I got my estimates at baron, once my car was put in the shop I called again to check on the status of repairs and I believe his name was mark or Matt told me that they didn't have me in the system and that my car wasn't even in the shop even though the mechanic Doug called me earlier that week to update me about a new estimate. I drove up to Baron after hours to see if my car was just sitting in the parking lot which would indicate they weren't working on my vehicle. Doug was still there and was kind enough to give me a moment of his time. He notified me that my car was indeed in the shop and was almost done with repairs then went ahead and checked to see if I was filed in your computer, which I indeed was. So the employee I talked to before Doug simply couldn't type my name into a search bar or look in the garage to see my car sitting there. However I am highly satisfied with Doug and the way he handled my situation. He is the reason that I am satisfied with your business regardless of the prior troubles mark caused.

They didn't remount my front license plate, and I am now all of the sudden having trouble with my driver side door lock. I also am now missing the center of my right rear wheel. Although I cannot be sure it was not missing previously it would be more professional if your people would do an initial vehicle inspection with the owner like they do at the service department.
