I received the car in a dirtier condition from when it was turned it. It had glue residue, and powder throughout the whole inside. Very poor attention to detail for what was paid to get the job done. Most likely will never use Baron again due to the condition that the vehicle was received in. I noted in person to Doug, and also phoned in afterwards. The only thing I heard was what should have been done. He agreed to a detail next week after I suggested, but no immediate concern for satisfaction. I hope every job is not performed with this lack of attention. It makes me question quality if repair as well. This is a brand new car!

I was satisfied with Doug but the rental car situation was very unfortunate. Enterprise called me that if I won't return my car in 2 hours they will charge me. When I showed up and returned the rental my car wasn't ready - had to wait half an hour for my car. Missed work
