The repair itself looks great, but I am not certain that the sensors are working. I have not heard the sensors, nor have they activated when my back bumper has been close to objects.
And Yancy, the Sterling McCall employee was extremely slow in responding nor didn’t respond at all to my emails. In addition, I don’t believe she was ethical or honest in assessing the damage, and tried to add things that were not necessary. I would not go back to Sterling McCall collision nor would I recommend recommend it to friends and family.
