Casey is great, he did his best to make the best of the situation but the rest of my experience was absolutely horrible. I think you have some serious internal process issues, quality control issues and management issues. I can write a short story in my bad experience. I keep finding things every day. Besides what already transpired, I have already found 3 issues since I picked up my car on Friday. I hope I don’t have to bring it back, but I have to be honest and say my mind is not at ease and I pray that the safety of my family is not compromised.

From the first impression that I received over the phone with Yanci it was very very very pleasant. I come from a long line of customer service and I know what to expect and not to expect but one thing I can say if at I am 100% satisfied with the way I was greeted treated, and keeping me in the loop of every step of the way with the process of repairing my vehicle.
