When I got to Shell to buy diesel, I learned that the fuel fill line (from the cap to the tank) was dangling loose - it had not been reattached to the fender wall. I know no one's perfect, but a simple inspection prior to me receiving my truck should have caught this. I missed 2 hours of work getting this fixed.
