I have fixed two vehicles here at this location and both times my vehicles looked amazing and repairs were completed beyond my satisfaction. Both my 2015 vehicles that had extensive body and cosmetic damage look completely brand new again. The staff is also wonderful. One specific employee has gave me outstanding service. Ignacio Cervantes has gave me exceptional service by following up with me, answering every question I have and especially always having my vehicles ready a week before the estimated date ! Ignacio is a great employee and honestly has given me the best service anyone ever has !!!! I will continue to bring my vehicles here to the sterling McCall ford collision center in the hopes that my service is always amazing and that Ignacio is assigned to any vehicle I bring in, even though my vehicles are dodge and Toyota ! Tommy was awesome throughout the whole process. Knowing that I could see pictures and updates while my car was being worked on is a plus. Also having it back ahead of schedule is superior. Mr. Tommy nguyen, the service advisor is very rude. He doesnt return phone calls. Argumentative, disrespectful, very poor customer service.. My vehicle was not delivered as promised. Mr nguyen distorts the truth, lies to his customers. I will never return to the collision centrr again or buy a vehicle at sterling mccall. Mr. Nguyen is a disgrace to your company.
