We had to keep calling to find out what was going on. And we received these emails but they don’t tell you anything. It also would have been nice to know the cars in the lot had been broken into before we came to pick up the car. I think this company needs some customer service classes.

The claims adjuster kept me well informed as to the progress of the repairs, the Carstar personnel were so pleasant and easy to work with and the repairs were made fast and well done, the car was beautiful. The rental agency supplied a nice, clean KIA, and they were just as pleasant.
