My family & I have used CARSTAR in the past. They make sure my car look like it’s never been damage. The staff there are friendly, Brad stay past closing so I can pick up my car after work. Brad T was my estimator. He went above and beyond to work with vendors to find parts to keep my repair bill less than totaling my car. (2005 Subaru Outback LL Bean) I only have 107K miles on it and want to give it to my granddaughter when she turns 16. There were several scratches and a rear bumper scrap which Brad got fixed. I appreciated the communication the Carstar staff provided. I was always aware what was happening with my car. From walking in the same day I called for an estimation to staying open on a Saturday, I received excellent customer service. The staff was clear about what my car needed and why. Rocky start. I was out of town from Friday to Sunday and I got a text on Friday saying my car is ready for pickup. I went to pick it up on the following Monday and the mechanic forgot to put the rear light and cover on. It was fairly frantic and I waited for over an hour, but he got it road ready and they were trying their best to be accommodating. They ended up having the wrong part for the rear light, so they told me to bring it back the next day so that they could properly finish it up and they went out of their way to do extra pint work on an existingg scrape on the front end of my vehicle. This wasn't part of the original plan but I could tell they were trying very hard to make it up to me. He whole while being very friendly and accommodating (given the circumstances). In my eyes they made it up to me and I'm am satisfied!
