The communication was lacking. I was told several times I would receive a call and never did. I had to call and then didn't get a return call always. The front desk lady needs to slow down when leaving a message. I couldn't hear her name. She said the phone number so fast that it didn't sound like she said all the numbers. Even after listening to it 7 times, I couldn't understand her and had to look up the number. Very unprofessional!
