****. I liked how they attend to every detail of the person coming in and has the system to follow up with in a systematic manner.
2. Gave me a clear picture as they were busy. Scheduled me two weeks after doing the estimation. Stuck to that.
3. Only disappointment is they took four days compared to three days they estimated and the progressive update was giving me to deliver my car in three days. However, they didn't. I was surprised that they took more time than estimated for a very small job.

Was very happy with the bodywork and the fact it was finished in a timely manner. Wasn't happy at the fact the back storage area of my vehicle, where I'm assuming they had to pop off the inside panels that it was completely filthy and dirty, definitely not the way I brought it in.

People are not friendly, not smiling, everyone looks very busy don't chow the customer that they are welcome. My car had small crashes, it took them over a week to get my car fixed. I will never use Falls Church Auto body any more. I personally like that place, I gave them business more than 4 times but, I don't know why they never take good care of the customer. The 2 ladies in the front desk are trying to be helpful. All the workers are not professionals except the young man with the wholes on the ears. He was better than others.
