The process was made smooth and easy, and every encounter with people was helpful and friendly. When I arrived the car had to be moved to let others in. I asked to be able to remove some items and was told I could once the car was parked. Both the man who first met me and I forgot, so I had to come back to the shop a few days later to fetch those items. When that's the greatest inconvenience someone has, after being in a crash, it's a pretty smooth experience. And thanks for the coffee mug.
