It is very unfortunate when one has to deal with such car issues, BUT, the best part was how the Oakland Auto Body experience was phenomenal. I felt like they cared and made sure it was a smooth experience. The staff that I envounyrred was very professional as well as welcoming. When it came to the paper work I loved how they took their time to explain and answer the questions I had. Best service I ever had. Not only was that part the greatest, but the work was very well done. I am extremely satisfied with the staff, the environment and they way they work.
