It was very bed customer service, they didn't repair my car quickly, they cost me alot of money and my car has some rock ships and scrush, they denied to fix it. Very vey bad customer service, I will never bring my car again or reffer any customers to this Body shop.

The Concord shop did a poor job of communicating progress and a completion date/time. The Oakland shop has always been great. I will not use this shop again if my truck is sent to the Concord branch.

I had asked that my windshield be addressed while the van was in the shop. Sure, we can take care of that, came the reply.
However, when I picked up the van, no glass replaced.
Second, I have a squeak audible at freeway speeds that seems (possibly) from the area of repair.
