****. The driver took me to the wrong Enterprise office. (USAA had made the arrangements, and I had no idea where I was supposed to go.) That office was busy and did not have a car reserved for me. After a modest wait, I was put in a huge, nasty, gas-guzzling Buick SUV.

I was told that an alignment would be performed but it appears that either it was not done or done poorly. I was asked to complete transaction prior to inspection. Nobody accompanied me to inspect the work. Work was below my expectations. USAA has your company on a list of parter vendors. This fact led me to believe my experience would be top notch as USAA is a top notch insurance company. I would appreciate a call to address my concerns. Thank you.
