There was a drop in communication when Andrew left on vacation. After the situation was explained to Nino, he quickly found a solution which saved a great customer experience. I would recommend incorporating a system for vacation time and a temporary transfer of a client. This should include an email and change in voicemail indicating the vacation and another email address/phone number to another estimator who will temporarily manage the project. We have a saying in my business, if you don’t continue to grow in systems and all areas, you die/fail. Overall a very good experience and will return in future. Great body work and even caught a problem dealership missed.

Your computer system needs to be revamped. When I called to schedule the repairs after the estimate was written, the information could not be located by my name or by the registered owner's name, any telephone given, the year/make/model of the vehicle or the workfile ID number. After all of that, it was finally found by the claim number. Your search routines need some work.
The body work was great as always.
I drove over to pick up the car that was in the shop. The porter Guillermo was outstanding and extremely helpful in helping me to get both cars home.
