My experience with Mike’s Auto Body was great and the level of service that I got was excellent. Right from where I dropped off my car. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. And then there’s Arnulfo who handled and facilitated the repair of my car. Armulfo is a great asset to your shop. He treated me like a customer and listened to my concerns. He also informed me about the logistics of the repair and reassured me that everything will be fine. Throughout the whole time my car was in your shop, I was informed through texts and my carwise website about the status of my car, not to mention the follow phone calls by Arnulfo to fill me in on the status of the repair. The convenience of being able to be picked up to Enterprise and to be able to leave the rental car at Mike’s Auto Body was a time saver. I will now get all my repairs in your shop. I will not hesitate to recommend MIKE’s Auto Body to all of my friends and family.

I feel that there is a cohesive team with good communication, who know what they’re doing. Andrew and his boss were super awesome and bent over backwards to help me out and put up with a deadbeat adjuster. They ensured that I could pick up my truck before the weekend.
