I was not satisfied with mikes autobody because my completetion date was moved twice forcing me to get a rental vehicle. I specifically talked and addresses my concerns with the estimator that I didn’t want to spend money on a rental and if they could help me cover the difference of 20% and he said he would speak with the manager and they said they didn’t do that. I decided to still use mikes autobody for the repairs of my vehicle and they gave me completion date Wednesday the 18th. I was not informed that there was going to be a delay until that same day. I had been without a vehicle for a week and the estimator was not able to give me a exact completion date so I decided to get a rental because I needed to go to work and at this point I didn’t know when exactly my car was going to be ready. So overall my experience was the worst I ever had. I will not be using mike autobody in the future.

On a scale of **** to 10 I was at a 10 until I came to pick the car up and it had a dead battery. So I tried to charge the battery I had to drive for 30 minutes after the pick up. And I’m hoping that’ll be enough .
