you failed to have my car ready on time due to a mistake by one of your workers. I had to come across the bridge,pay extra toll and pay an extra day of insurance on the rental car so no I'm not very happy at this time

When we got home we had multiple problems:
****. backup sensors were not working
2. back motorized hatch would not open close by power.
3. bottom of bumper appears loose like a missing bracket or something.
We now have to take more time away from work to take the car back to be serviced. We are very unsatisfied.
