You gave information regarding my car to a complete stranger on the phone without asking for any identification or anything! Just took her word that it was me! Not sure what information was given. But clearly none should be the right answer. Your mistake cost me $400 and you never even offered anything to make amends! You say you don't deal with 3rd parties, then you should have never delt with the 3rd party! People lie about who they are on the phone. Ask people to give their drivers license or something!! Bad customer service by the coward manager for sending someone else to deliver the news that you didn't care about what you did. Customer is always right and in this situation I am definitely right! You jeopardized my personal information and handled it horribly.
At least my adjuster was a man enough to say you all dropped the ****. It's a shame, because you do good work and the pricing is good. But, to me
Mikes Autobody is a personal information security risk..

Several minor quality issues surprised me. Disappointed in overall quality of repair and expected more from Mike's from previous experiences. Flaw in paint, imprecision in body panel alignment and broken fastener on new trailer hitch cover should not be there in my opinion.
