My vehicle was not complete when it was returned to me. There was still outstanding damage to the vehicle which I was told would be repaired and there was overspray or substance of some sort which was not on my vehicle in pre-accident condition. Your employee stated that it was overspray. I refused to accept the vehicle and it was taken back for further repairs.

Repairs were timely, your customer service and communication was great, but my repair has some workmanship defects. There is a visible run in the paint and a blemish on the top left area of repair. I mentioned this when I picked up my car, your representative did assure me these defects would be fixed.
