Mikes auto body is having to do things out of the ordinary when dealing with Alstate. Like down loading an app to their personal phone making communication difficult. If the employee dose not have their phone that day then time is lost because the computer is of no use. You should reconcider who you use as a car rental company. Enterprise car rental was the absolute worst I have ever dealt with hands down. This was supposed to be a 2 day repair according to Alstate but turned into almost 2 weeks. Because of the lack of communication I almost had to pay for some of the car rental. The repair was perfect. For that I am thankful. Between Enterprises car availability issues and the lack of communication this was a horrible experience. Although Mike Autobody had littt to do with the problems. I would give Mike's a 9 out of 10. I will use Mike's next time if needed as I have done I the past.
