Andrew was amazingly patient with my insurance as they really dropped the ****. At one point I wasn't sure who was telling me the truth. But after talking to Andrew and your team at the front desk I discovered. My insurance messed up big time and now that I have my car back, there are several people at Allstate who will be getting a phone call from me.

We were completely satisfied with the process. The body work was completed in excellent fashion, and quickly.

The original estimate stated I have no deductible, which I initialed as requested. Then when I went to get the car, there was a deductible. Oops! Someone messed up!

I came to Mike’s Autobody after I was hit by a car and I was still very shaken, annoyed, inconvenienced and worried about the damage to my car. I’ve never had to take my car to a body shop and frankly was skeptical that my car would be okay after the accident. Starting with the reception team I was impressed with the professionalism, knowledgeable staff and warmth in all of my interactions. The speed in which my car was taken care of was unexpected. When I met with Briana I was incredibly impressed with her depth of knowledge and her skill to explain the issues and process in a way that was really understandable to a person completely unfamiliar with cars and the ability to put someone who was completely stressed out at ease. She answered all my questions patiently and throughly and in the exact detail I wanted/needed. She kept me up to date and gave me choices with quality information. I was completely unsure of the process but completely sure I could trust Briana to ensure my car was taken care of in the highest quality possible. She is so skilled and knowledgeable and I’m incredibly thankful for her leadership and guidance through this process. When I got my car back I was stunned at how beautiful it was. I couldn’t believe it was the same car- your technicians and mechanics are so talented and careful, and I appreciate it and them so much. I was worried about how it would drive, and it’s safety but with Briana and the mechanics team I feel like my car is better than ever and it’s really helped to ease the stress from the accident. You all do amazing work and I’m so appreciative of your professionalism and talent, thank you so much.

I received updates about my car pretty frequently which was really nice. They kept in contact the entire time and were each to reach for any questions. When the car was finished I was able to pay online and have someone else pick it up since I wouldn’t get there on time which was really helpful. And my car looks great.

I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism I experienced along with the speed of the repair. Also I was kept aware of everything that could happen with the repair. Plus everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. This was a great experience and I want to say thanks ????

Everyone was very helpful especially Rory who continually kept in touch and kept me updated. Alexandria and Front desk always helpful and friendly. Shuttle driver was very friendly as well My car looked great when I picked it up as it was not only fixed but it was vacuumed, detailed, clean and washed!! Thank you
