The most unethical, incompetent auto body shop I have ever dealt with. We had a bent frame and you tried to cover it up. The amount to total it out was $26,000 and you came in with an estimate of $25,888 so you wouldn't loose the money you put into the body repairs before and independent shop told us it was bent. You are crooks and you shouldn't be in business!

I had the worst experience possible with your Concord location. My vehicle was there for 11 weeks and when returned, all the repairs were not complete. There was also additional damage caused by the shop. I was lied to, given false promises, my vehicle put on the back burner and NEVER kept updated on the repair status unless I called or showed up at the shop. I never received status updates via text as requested. I will never do business with your Concord location again.
