I appreciated the customer service from the friendly staff. Although, I would have liked to have received more frequent status updates about my car. However, I plan on continuing to go to Marina Auto Body in the future because of the great work they do.

I would have appreciated repair rather than total loss, I loved my car, and wanted it fixed. I was not prepared to be forced to buy a car at the time.it seemed the damage was not as much as it was, I would have preferred repair, this car was very valuable to me personally.

The repair took slightly more than double the time estimate. More importantly it was delayed a couple of extra days to calibrate the blind spot sensors. As I parked in front of my house after picking up my car I got a notification that the blind spot sensors needed service. This was a problem that did not exist before I brought my car in to Marina. So far my car has been at the dealer two full days and they have not yet been able to correct the problem. They have indicated that the next time I bring it in they may need to take the rear bumper off
I should note that I had previously had at least two cars with more significant damage repaired by Marina at the original location and I was very pleased each time and had previously recommended Marina to several
people.
Lastly I have not previously responded to the inquiries from Marina because of the old adage that if I can’t say something nice then don’t say anything at all. However, you have been persistent and seeking comment so I am finally responding. Thank you.
