Didn't appreciate having to waste my time twice to pick up a vehicle that was not fixed properly. It took for the owner to call to get it fixed right on the third try. To much time wasted

Although the answer to the question is yes, the question should have had a numerical answer. The car was promised on a certain day, which was returned on the promised day but with problems that were easily visible to the untrained eye. I was told by a rep if I wanted to wait for the technicians to return from lunch and that the work would take 20 minutes. Because of my own job that I had to return to, I decided to return to the shop 3 days after. Returning 3 days after, I learned that the vehicle had to stay in the shop another day. Thankfully the rep offered a rental car. Returning the next day. I would have thought that after returning the vehicle once, someone would have had the idea to recheck all systems in relation to the work performed so that the same mistakes wouldn’t have been repeated. Not the case. After receiving the car a second time, another discrepancy was found that wasn’t a discrepancy the first time it was returned to me. Situations like these are reasons why unnecessary spending accumulate. Thanks to my insurance rep for keeping the cool ????

My car sat for 3 weeks while an outside adjuster came and assessed. Tgere was a seperate claim for damage I didn't know existed. I was told I have to do a walk through and that was what I assumed was happening. My adjuster said it was damage, even though I couldn't say that the vadal that damage my car had anything to do with the few miscellaneous scratches that were on the second claim. In short the outside adjuster took forever to even turn the estimate over to my insurance company. Only to have the claim denied.
Nope won't ever come back. Awful experience and will be telling this today.
