Although it took a few weeks to complete the work, I was informed every step of the way, proactively. The staff was very responsive, polite and professional, a pleasure to work with.

What was irritating was when I got the car back, the inner trunk trim pieces where not put back together properly, also a couple of lower covers around the rear wheels where not snapped back into place

In spite of the 7 weeks it took to repair my vehicle (which could have been due to supply chain issues in obtaining parts), I was absolutely delighted to see that once my 2010 SUV was returned to me, my thought was that it never looked better. They even cleaned the car thoroughly inside and out.
I was also impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the front office staff in the Marina del Rey office.
I would definitely recommend Marina Auto Body to friends and family.
